During the month of November 2008 I had occasion to use my stated VISA to guarantee a hotel reservation in MtPleasant, IA. I wired the money thinking that it was legit. I had done my research and it seemed to be ok. I ordered the PassionUp e card serices by mailing in a check as opossed to using my credit card online. I never use mt credit card online because of possible scammers. I have a canceled check to how the PassionUp company cashed my yearly service check but never supplied me with any service. Northern Trust Bank charges every month horrendous banking fees. Since several month we try to clear the matter. We closed the account by end of 2008.
