We own a 2007 Dodge Caliber, love it, but I believe we have a safety hazard which the dealer refuses to take care of it because it doesn't occur when they have it in the shop. ESBI somehow was able to place a bill on my Qwest phone bill of 14.95 for services which I did not request. When I called Qwest they said they could not advise me as to what to do so it appears they are somewhat to blame for this as their billings are so complicated I had to call them to figure this out.
