Here is my experience with them - I will never buy from Sam Ash again due to their horrible packing and customer service. I received 6 orders so far that were not packed with any protective materials or it was just set on top and the equipment was smashed at the bottom of the box. I just signed up for Hughes net and was told that if I went over my downloads allowances I would be set back to Dial Up Speed. That sounded ok to me. Getting booted off the net efery 10 mins isnt Slow running speeds even when they decide to let you use their services is not what I signed up for And finally when you go over your usage they dont set you back to Dial up speeds they STOP your ability to effectivley use the internet Buyer Beware, because in my opinion Hughes net is ripping people off. read full review »

I, too, ordered the Acai Berry free trial and two days later my bank called me to ask if I had ordered a software program from Stop-Zilla for a charge of $39.95. Of course, I hadn't and told the bank to stop those charges. Now I have received a full bottle of the Acai Berry which I did not order. The owner of this company lives in Miami, Fl, yet claims her company is in Oregon. That is one big fat lie. How do I know this? Simply put..I used to work for her. I made a purchase on 12/26/08. I received a statement of my order and payment thru PayPal. I had sent 4 emails and two phone calls to TPW. On 1/05/09 I got an email from TPW, telling me it was on back order and it would be shipped from another warehouse and that I would receive the item in 4 or 5 business days. I have sent another email after that 4 or 5 days. I still have not received any response what so ever from TPW. I brought this WestingHouse TV on EBAy in december for my brother. It was refurbished item. I was in my brothers place when this was delivered. Phone call received saying it was a promotion from Capital One for being a good customer. I would receive a gas card for $60.00. I agreed to this and than she went on and asked about a lot of other things . Which I did not agree to, the last thing was a coupon book for $29.95. This company shipped me 3 out of 16 lamps that were obviously damaged and not manufactured correctly. They have terrible follow up and customer service and are not truthful when responding to the better business buraue. They still owe me $615 after 9 months of going back and forth.
