Vodaphone ie advertise on website that if you ring from a vodaphone ie phone to a uk landline it caosts 15c per minute. Color wheel has gone out 4 times since I purchased this set on 8-30-2006..Have called Sharp service requesting to purchase a new "color wheel" ...case # 4470299 and talked with "Keith" on 10-13-2008 and you can not just get the color wheel you have to purchase the entire unit at $1400-1800...which is close to what I paid for my set...all it takes to fix is some lubricant on the color wheel shaft and the set works perfect for 3-4 months. A CD was offered online for 1.98 shipping and handling fees. This was supposed to be a government grant search CD. You had to submit your Debit card or credit card to order the CD. Then a week later your charges were placed on your checking account for 69.98 which you did not authorize. This is a serious scam and is affecting a lot of people online. I responded to a website ad (referred to the product as having been recommended by Oprah) and used my credit card to pay $3.95 S&H for a trial offer. I never got the email confirmation and never received the trial. They have charged an additional $87.13 plus $2.44 for foreign exchange charge, two times in the past ten days for a total of $183.09. I called the number and got a foreign customer rep who assured me she would have a credit sent through to my account.
