We have had some financial difficulties last year and had gotten behind on payments. We made payment arrangements with Alliance One in September 2008. I lost my cell phone on at the mummy ride at Universal. I reported it to the ride operators as soon as I found it missing. The person sent me to lost and found. Purchased 2 male Chihuahua puppies on 06/12/08 in late evening. By the morning of 06/14/08, both puppies are sick with diarhea and vomitting. Took the puppies to the vet and was told to transport them to the Veterinary Specialty Hospital as one of the puppies was in critical condition and would need round the clock care. Vets state that the puppies were suffering from a Parvo virus and the more critical of the 2 had to have been exhibiting symptoms for a few days. The store is in Midpoint Orchard road right at the entrance to a mall. The salesmen are complete con artists and will get your trust immediatly. I got sucked into buying a cameral for 1730 Singapore Dollars which can be had at any other store for 1100 Sing Dollars. The catch is the wide angle lens they sell you. The payment statements never arrive, I get a statement dated 12 8/08 payment due 1/2/09 in which I sent a payment on 12/22/08, which should have reached them in plenty of time. I have been getting telephone calls at my office constantly for the last 6 months from these people. They threaten by telling you they will send the police to your place of employment to arrest you for fraud, they lie and say they are a law firm, they ask to speak with co-workers, calling sometimes 20 times back to back within a 2 minute period. I purchased a used Ford F150 and decided to purchase an extended warranty from Gjovik Ford for my truck. The support department is a joke. I tried the live chat and could never get anybody. I sent them an email about the problem and never got a response. The program has a major problem with it. If you scan the system registry - it finds all these errors. Then you take the check mark out of the 'select all' box (default). Then you select the ones that you want it to fix. I ordered a so-called "free" cd for a grant kit. I was charged $1.14 for shipping & handling. I never recieved the cd and then $39.00 appeared on my bank statement.
