Purchased 2 male Chihuahua puppies on 06/12/08 in late evening. By the morning of 06/14/08, both puppies are sick with diarhea and vomitting. Took the puppies to the vet and was told to transport them to the Veterinary Specialty Hospital as one of the puppies was in critical condition and would need round the clock care. I have been getting telephone calls at my office constantly for the last 6 months from these people. They threaten by telling you they will send the police to your place of employment to arrest you for fraud, they lie and say they are a law firm, they ask to speak with co-workers, calling sometimes 20 times back to back within a 2 minute period. The support department is a joke. I tried the live chat and could never get anybody. I sent them an email about the problem and never got a response. The program has a major problem with it. If you scan the system registry - it finds all these errors. Then you take the check mark out of the 'select all' box (default). Then you select the ones that you want it to fix.
