I order a Hunter 52" Low Profile III ceiling fan from these people back on October 15th, 2008. They charged my credit card immediately. I was sent a confirmation e-mail which said that it would ship on October 30th, and they would send me a tracking number. The 30th passed and nothing. Should never order anything that may be out of stock. I ordered 4 items, 2 of them was out of stock at the time. I kept on waiting, hoping that it'll be in stock. I've been a troublesome customer, always asking the Lik-Sang staff to help me with my order every day as I had a indecisive mind, I didn't want to seperate my orders and waste more money on the shipping, so I kept adding stuff as there was no feature such as combining orders, I had to email Lik-Sang staffs to add some items, and I emailed over 3 times and I'm surprised that they aren't getting impatient at this. Purchased a 7" diving knife from them and had the item shipped via UPS. After 2 weeks of sending e-mails I couldn't get a proof of delivery or tracking number. Because I purchased this through there eBay store only 1 person could help and he was on vacation. I finally get a return e-mail and was told the knife was delivered over a week ago. Horrible. UN-REPUTIBLE COMPANY! They sold us a damaged and defective product that sustaind water and fire damage prior to it leaving Legend Mciro and when they were contacted regarding the bad merchandise they began to scream and yell at the IT manager claiming we had 24 hours from receipt of the package to notify them but the receiver was on vacation for Christmas and our office was closed due to extreme weather for about 2 weeks. Ordered a clip on hat brim led light, and a luxeon flashlight. They were also running a coupon special that included 2 freebies for the items ordered (a keychain led and another little press button single led light both for adding the code). I ordered an external Seagate drive, which, despite the fact that it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, turned out to be a bad one. Rather than pursue a refund, I decided to replace it with an internal drive and caddy. I ordered from Lagoom because the shipping from Freemont, CA to my Oregon home is a 2-day trip by the ground method chosen; even if the weekend order was shipped out as late as Tuesday, I'd be easily building my system over the weekend. I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card. This company sucks. I ordered a multimedia card from them, and it did not work. The company then told me to send it in. I did and then they sent it back to me saying it was damaged. Bought 2 pc's from company and it went out of business that weekend. One computer had a bad memory chip and had something done showing it had faster memory than it did. Also memory chip was bad. Other computer had a bad hard disk and now the whole computer I think is fried. It does not work at all To me total fraud on their part because they claim a one month warranty and knew they were just stealing the money with shoddy work and products. I purchased a new set of Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 speakers in January. By April the subwoofer/amplifier had died. I RMA'd the unit to Klipsh on May 9th. At the time of this writing it is now July 25th and I still havent received my repaired unit. When I call Klipsch I am told the parts are on backorder. First, they give you a window of arrival time of 4 hours...then at two minutes before the 4 hour mark they call to say they are "running behind" and will be another two hours. I used Dr Barry for my pregnancy in 2008 and I have regretted it ever since. He wittheld valuable information concerning my lab results which resulted in a cesarean birth that could have been avoided had I been properly informed or at least given the opportunity to make a decision. At the time I was approached by one of the agents I was told that in exchange for my $800 fee I would be receiving 2 complimentary airplane vouchers that would not expire. The voucher claim ticket in the packet I received states that the voucher is only good for 18 months from the date of issue. Also, what the agent failed to tell me was that in using the voucher I would be required to purchase full rate hotel stays from a list of participating hotels for a minimum number of nights. They call and harass people into purchasing their cheap travel package. They'll say anything to suck you in, even outright lies. Two people won't say the same thing, first they told us we had to stay at their Daytona property, which was included in the package, then they changed it and said if we wanted to go there we'd have to pay an additional $150 per night because of the date.
