A few weeks ago I received a call from a collection agency (called Revenue Assurance Partners) and they were very nasty said I owed for the yellow pages. I called her back and she said since I mailed in a check in 2007 I still owed $295.00. I authorized 2.95 for a cd and still have yet to get that cd and now they charged me for 39.95 that I did NOT authorize. if you call 877-495-1145 customer service and sit on hold for about 10 mins you will get someone and then just argue with them repeatedly that you want a refund and to cancel and they will do it. At one time I received a check by DHL from NY of $25, 000, I called the bank (Bank of America) to verify if the check was legit, I was told that the best way is to try and deposit in your account and see if it will go through. I purchased a Boxer from this breeder (Jamie Larsen). She claimed the boxer had a slight case of coccidia but that the dog had been treated and was fine. She promised to get the puppy a clean bill of health prior to my family picking up the dog. I purchased a plasma TV at Circuit City applied for there store credit with the promotion of 3 years of no interest. A week later I received my card in the mail but it was a Circuit City Visa not the store card. I returned the product for false advertising. The product was supposed to work with no change of habits. When I received the product, it told all the directions as to what to eat and how much to exercise. All it was, was an exercise and diet plan that you needed to change to. The pills did nothing.
