After months, I received an email from Vanguard shipping requesting over $400 of storage fees over the $800 paid in China for storage, plus had to find a shipper for more money. I purchased this leather warranty for some furniture I purchased. When I called Guardian, the rep at is company changed the wording when I filed a verbal warranty claim to get some furniture repaired. I was then told by the rep that my claim was declined as a result of the wording that she choose to put in her system. When I told her that's not what I said, she said I would now have to appeal for a review of coverage. This company is commiting fraud and using deceptive practices to decline claims. Ok. I bought a CD and membership to help me understand and apply for a Government Grant. The company / site was grantsoneday.org. I sent my laptop computer to them to repair. They sent it back to me with a damaged busted corner saying I must have sent it to them with the corner damaged. The corner was not damaged when I sent it. I shipped it in the box with the foam packing forms they had sent me. The only thing I can assume is that someone in their shop dropped it on its corner but is trying to say it arrived their already busted. Bottom line they are therefore refusing to fix the problem it was originally sent in for. And sent it bck to me with a busted corner. I ordered a free sample of the acai-berry for a 4.99 free trial. When I got my credit card bill I was charged $85.91. I never authorized the company to bill me for the $85.91 charge and I thought I was going to receive a product that I could try before I purchased anything else.
