I did not order any product from this company, nor did I authorize $59.96/mo to be debited from my checking acct. I called the phone number listed with the charge on my bank statement and was told to call another number. When I called this number I was on hold for 30 minutes, all the while being told "I'm sorry, all customer service representatives are busy at the moment. A live customer service representative will be with you shortly. We apologize for the wait. We value your business and we'll be with you as quickly as possible."
The second phone call resulted in a hold of 17 minutes with no answer from a live person. read full review »

I took out a loan on 11/28/08 for $750.00. Then refinanced and borrowed an extra $375.00 on 1/15/09. I have been paying them back every two weeks now since November of 2008 and every time i am due to make a payment they charge me and outrageous fee... I have paid them back over $2900.00 dollars already... It still shows that i owe them $737.44 when i make my payment on 3/19/09 of $302.00 it will take the amount owed down to $435.44 but in two weeks they will charge me again another $200.00 and some dollars in fees... Bought Quickbooks 2009 for mac... had an issue with printing checks. Called and was told they could not help me unless I had the support package, this is two days after I purchased the product. Today two months later I go through my statements and find two support subscription charges from intuit.

I was promised if I bought $79.00 of their product, they would send four rebates of $25.00 each. They also charged a $5.00 registration fee to be refunded with the last $25.00 rebated. Their promise was to rebate a maximum of $25.00 per month if the rebate form was sent in each month with receipts. Warranty America is disorganized and has poor customer service. After a year, they still don't recognize my policy number. The first excuse was that it was a new type of policy. It takes at least 1/2 hour to talk to a rep. I bought the top level policy, but it doesn't pay anything near the going rates. I will never buy a used car again. read full review »

They offered a free trial for postage but never said that you had only 14 days to return it or you would be charged and additional $78.81. Then they continued to charge each month another $83.80 before I caught it on my credit card. I called, held forever, spoke with someone in India who cancelled the membership i never agreed to and refunded the $83.80 but would do nothing about the $78.81 and there was no supervisor. The secretary was rude, arguing with me about payment and insurance information. I had to call my ins. Company prior to my son's visit and explain the billing process to her...When I did, she quickly pointed out that she is JUST the secretary and not the billing person. She was supposed to get the billing person, but she never came. Went into the visit 30min after appt. time with a stack full of extra paperwork to do. I needed to get a smog check on my car(BMW). The service engine light of my car goes on and off because I needed to get an oil change. I figured I could get the smog now and the oil change later due to time constraints. Well, after getting the Smog Check, MR HARRY(not so HERO), went ahead and did the SMOG, little did I know it wasn't going to pass because of the service engine light. I went to an interview at this place, the basically gave me a run down of the jobs they had to offer, and locations of the apartment complex's they said were open to hiring leasing consultants. A week or so after the interview, I went in for my training. The class was a 6 hr. UNPAID training in a cramped room, with not enough chairs to seat everybody that was there. My husband and I were scammed by this company while on vacation (2/09) and agreed to sign over two timeshares we owened and pay an additional $14, 000 for 575 weeks of vacation. Everything they agreed to, but didn't include in the paperwork they gave us, was a lie.
If we don't pay them the money and turn over our deeds to the timeshares, they will try to ruin our credit.
I have contacted American Express in the hopes that they will help us fight this company.

Mr Charles Bradley Parks first came to my home at the request of my wife to see about finishing a basement bathroom and a bedroom. After being shown where she wanted the project done, he asked me if there was anything I wanted. I went to Zake for lunch and specifically ordered from the lunch menu because I only had an hour for lunch. After 45 min no sushi I asked the waitress to check on my order she said it would be 2 minutes, then they only brought out only one of the 2 same orders for sushi. Requested to have my monthly payments reduced from $125.00 per month to 62.50 per month. On February 2009 I received a corrected bill from Reliant Energy saying that I owe $468 for that month. This was quite a shock to me because in the past six months I had been paying an avg. of $60; and since I am single, rarely at home, don't even turn on AC or Heater often, probably 3-6hrs/day at the most, I thought this was appropriate.

This company is a huge ripoff. They can do nothing to repair your DAC. I was fired from KLLM because I needed 6 weeks off for surgery. They said it was company policy to do 4 weeks only, and they would hire me back as soon as I was signed off by my Dr.
When I was signed off I called everyday for 3 weeks and was told there were no trucks available, even though they were hiring more drivers. I brought my cat in to this facility on a weekend as no vets in a 70 mile radius had after hours care. My cat was severely dehydrated and sick. I asked what the fees were before I brought him up and they just said it was $130.00 just to look at the animal. Once I got there I waited for nearly two hours to get in as they were very busy. I returned an expensive comforter to beyondbedding within 3 days after I received the item. Not only did they not issue a refund after I followed their return instructions, but they claimed they have no record of a return, despite my provided proof. This company is not to be trusted.
In addition, they said that even if they did issue a refund to me, I would be charged a $30 'restocking fee', as if it costs them $30 to put a comforter in the basement of this two-bit operation. Seriously, don't buy from this horrible company. read full review »

All attempts to receive any technical support were meant with a referral to Verbatim Company. When I contacted Verbatim Company about difficulty in getting ArcSoft QuickDVD to function properly, I was informed that they did not support this software.
And then when I again tried to get SmartDisk Corporation (who marketed this QuickDVD software), I was repeated referred to Verbatim Company. So it appears to me to be some sort of fraud situation, since no one will assume any responsibility as to any support.

This company is fraudulant and took 3 charges off of my business credit card without authorization. I called the nomber 1-866-330-4549 and was rudely told to send an email to [email protected] and ask for a refund. The email address given brought me to this page and there isn't any way to request a refund. I was charged $1.99, $19.12 and $94.89. The 14 days free trial peroid in not well displayed on the company website. The charges too are not well disclosed in the disclosure statement. I had taken my 2005 Chevrolet Malibu for service, under warranty, to the above company business name. The car was running the battery down. It was taken into them 2 maybe 3 times for that problem. I got some lame excuse that the cars are designed to be driven and since I was not driving it 50 miles a week the battery would run low. The efax service company does not work. Apparently faxmicro.com was purchased by fax.com but there was no notice or bulletin that this take over transaction was taking place. I have not been receiving any faxes in the past 5 business day which is negatively effecting my work and business. I have called each company for the past 5 days and no one ever picks up the phone. I have been calling every hour on the hour and no answer at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- no service, no help.
