I purchased measuring tape and was told that it's lifetime and purchased a ratchet and when product broke I tried to return and was told that the blade isn't covered only lock and case. When you sign up for a free trial of acai berry and agree to pay $1.87 for it, they ship out a sample size bottleand then right away, they automatically ship out a grossly overpriced bottle of capsules and I was charged $79.76. After I realized the charge to my credit card, I telephoned the company and was directed to a website "gohelpnow.com" which is a joke. You can "cancel" the subscription to future shipments, but cannot get any information as to how/where to return the bottle you were tricked into getting. This company is a SCAM! The technician that came to our house was named "Naz". Well, they will charge you $50 to come out and tell you that if you decide to have them fix your t.v., they will apply the $50 toward the bill. The problem is that once you call them to do the work, they never call back! I guess if they keep charging $50 for estimates, they make their money that way. i purchased a 74cm Telefunken TV from Hi Fi Corporation in Rustenburg on getting the TV home it did not work at all so we exchanged it the next day, the new TV worked well for two weeks and then started getting big blue and purple spots on the screen, we then sent it in for repairs, after 23 days of waiting we returned to the shop and was told that the 21 days is not calender days but working days, this is not stated as such on the HI-FI Corporation adverts and service terms and conditions. My story is much the same as everyone elses. We did go to a couple properties and one in Arkansas was underwater and the other in New Mexico that was lake side however, the road was so narrow only one car would fit, if it rained or snowed you couldnt get out, the property was on a very slanted hillside and no power. Dear Friends We have the same issue of non payment of work done since last six months towards data entry work on their working portal, Data Core which also desplays the sign of "NO SPAM" and "TRUST e", which is fake. Got the Nokia 6301 couple months ago, the battery is terrible, it never goes as much as they say in the features. The headset is also terrible, impossible to use it, the wires get scrambled and it is impossible to undo and use it. The company does not take the blame and did not help me get a new one. This agency has been calling me for the past 6 months for at lease once a month looking for a family member. I gave given them his phone number several times, then told them not to call me any more which they stated they would. I got another call today, 03/23/09 from Andy and told him that I had already asked him to stop calling me then I spoke to his supervisor, Mark Robinson and told him the same thing and also stated that I was reporting them to the BBB about this because I consider it harrassment and if they continue, I will be getting my lawyer involved. the bread pan rotor has become extreemely difficult to twist. The Bread Machine sounds like it just may quit in the process of making the dough. Tonight I called the WELBILT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CENTER for assistance and got a recorded message telling me that for a fee of $5.49 I could call their new telephone number as the 1-800-872-1656 no longer works.
