My brother passed away on January 30. On February 1 we ordered an arrangement of lilies for the wake on the following day. The order was made through FTD. I had purchased a remote car starter for a 2003 Toyota Camry, in addition to the installation. It was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The total for the starter and installation was just under $200. When she went to get it installed a month and a half later the shop called her and said we would have to pay another $50 because it was made in Canada and had a transponder. I want to know how is it the my original debt with Aspire Visa which is $2989.82 but NCO Financial is trying to collect $6099.88. I used the term trying because I am in no way going to pay them $3110.06 extra for a debt that is worth $2989.82. They have the audacity to try and charge $3110.06 at 16% interest. Sallys Beauty supply will not refund or exchange clipper blades that do not fit my clippers. As much as I do business every week with them in details on the back of the receipt printed in light grey ink it states that you can't return blades. All sales are final. To me, if you are trying to make a purchase and they sale you an item without explaining that you can't return blades that is cheating the customer out of their money. I used this theme for a few months and then for no reason it quit working. They offer this theme for free but it appears to be a support scam. Now it will not delete from my cpanel. I emailed the owners and they told me they didn't know what happened. They can't tell me how to delete their product from my cpanel and they have refused to help me at all. I ordered, paid for, and received a nice new Sleep Number bed from Select Comfort in April of 2008. Boots were supplied in Dec 2008. They have an obvious manufacturing or design fault which caused severe damage to the purchasers lower shin after 2 days. I am very upset to receive notice that my account limit was changed from 9, 000 to 1, 400 not to mention the previous rediculous change in the interest rates even though I have had this credit line for many, many years. On Feb 12, 2009 I tried to cancel a massage appointment for Feb 13, 2009 three hours outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy due to just finding out that I had lost my job. Century 21-pacesetter was listing my property to sell. We had a buyer who failed to get a mortgage. We moved out because our buyer wanted to be in by 12-15-08. We are no longer obligated to Century 21 and were told by our lawyer we could list our home with another company. Our current realtor is unable to list our home on the MLS because Cen. 21 will not take the house out of contract. They have recieved all correspondaces between our lawyer and the buyers lawyer. The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due. Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told I needed an engine flush and an engine additive. I agreed after hearing their pitch for 5 minutes. After $137 I was on my two mile journey home. The next day as I was on my way to work my car started sputtering, shaking, and then the check engine light came on. I had to have to towed back to the location. I had an account with Friedman's Jewelers, which filed for bankruptcy. Account went to SST and harrassment began. Even with payments current, SST called daily including Sundays and as many as 16 times a day. The women were very rude in all calls. I mailed one payment by cashier's check and they sent check back to the bank uncashed. I have trouble getting SST to give me a correct balance and they have added another payment to the balance. On 9-3-08 Mr. Peng contracted to do the fabrication and installation of my downstairs shower and vanity at my house. He cut the 3rd and 4th granite slabs incorrectly so that my new fabricator cannot install the granite to my upstairs (second) shower. I am asking for a refund for the two wrongly cut slabs because Mr. Peng refuses to replace them. He will not do the second shower job as he originally promised me and refuses to repair the damage to the vanity top and backsplash that his installers caused while doing the contracted job. I purchased a toner cartride through Amazon which was represented as a new Canon cartridge. The price was half again as much as "remanufactured" or "compatible" cartridges, so I figured it was just a good deal. When it arrived the box plainly said "remanufactured". When I complained to Abacus they blamed me and Amazon and offered only to take the cartridge back with me paying shipping both ways (this is no favor - you can return anything this way).
