I purchased a Blackberry curve from their store 28 days ago. When I first purchased the phone literally seconds after I got it, it would not dial out and the picture did not work. I order a free sample of the products and was told I would only have to pay for the shipping and handling. I did not received the sample. I seen it was a charged of $79.96 on my statement, when I call, after finding the number from the charged on the account, I call them. They told me I was to call them when I got the sample and use the number on the order form that is included with the sample. When I did this they told I should have call them sooner. I ordered a subscription for my Mom for Magazine City on January 9th. My credit card was charged on January 10th. Today is March 23rd, with no subscription in sight. I have called all of the phone numbers for Magazine City and all of it's variations (Magazinia, etc.) and I can not get a human being to answer the phone at all. I purchased an HTC Touch Pro in later part of December of 2008. After using the cellular telephone for three months, I noticed that the cord used to connect the cellular telephone to the computer or to charge the telephone is coming apart. I can see the internal wires. I contacted HTC whose only responses was I will give you the contact information to sales so you can purchase another cord. I work from a home office and was often going over my minutes with T Mobile. They recommended a new technolgy and product called T Mobile at home or T Mobile @ home. I received an offical looking letter the other day out of Ontario with a check for 4, 881.00 with my name on it. I was supposed to cash this check at my bank and moneygram most of it to some long lost uncle up in Canada. I could then keep the rest, or some 830.00. I was charged 39.90 on my credit card for magazines I did not order. I called the company to complain, they can't even find an order for me under my name or credit card number. How can a company charge a credit card without an order processed? It is a fraudulant charge and am still fighting to get the money back. I will not take this laying down.
