So I have been a loyal customer of Orbitz for a few years now. I have flown countless miles and have given them a pretty penny of the years. I missed my first flight ever yesterday due to a car accident and tried to reach Orbitz to change my reservation. For one, the person I was speaking barely spoke English. I sent money to the Philippines last Jan. 15 and 19, 2009 for my friends medication help for $2, 955 and I paid $48 for the fee here in California, the receiver in SM Cebu Western Union only received $2, 900 this happened twice. This debt was charged off by the original creditor in 2003. The last payment made on this was in Aug. 2002.. This debt has passed through another debt collector prior to Northstar Capital. The credit limit was $300.00 When the last payment was made the balance owed was $285.00... When it was charged off it was $1, 100.00.. Northstar Capital is taking me to civil court for $2, 800.00.. I, too, got suckered by IDS Grant. Apparently Grant One Day is VERY similar to IDS Grant. I did authorize $1.99 for the free trial informational CD. I did receive the CD in the mail. However, I did not authorize the $94.89 charge. These companies don't even tell you in the fine print WHAT they will charge you. It just appears on your bank statement. Mr. Richard Goddeau of "GSCSC" sells services, one in particular that I purchased "Personal Credit Repair" for $500 and some change. $299 down, and $49 a month. It's been almost a month has passed. I have not been able to speak with him, and sometimes my emails get returned. I was interested in the new mcwrap snack, so i ordered 2. As two were the price of a Big Mac. I received them and was eating the first one and found there was only a half of a burger in this huge wrap with a teeny bit of sauce and a smidge of lettuce. I was really upset as this cost half the price of a big mac, so a whole burger with enough lettuce and dressing, would be the appropriate way to sell this joke of a product. I ordered a CD for $3.95, which was charged to my credit card. I have been charged $74.95 by this company for two months in a row. I didn't realize it until I looked at this month's credit card bill. The offer I submitted was for a one-time charge of $3.95. I did not authorize additional charges, and certainly not in the amount of $74.95. Misleading free trial. READ THE FINE PRINT!!! If you do not cancel your order within 15 days of the SHIPMENT DATE you will be charged 88.62 +5.95 handling for the original trial bottle. NO REFUNDS!! If you order the free trial, I would cancel your order within the first couple of days of ordering. Which means you really don't get to try it out. This product doesn't work- it is a waste of money. I had a so-called Quick-lift in September and was told it was an invasive surgery that I would be okay in a few days. They ended up butchering my face. Unauthorized debit card charge of $34.84 and $35.12. Never ordered anything from this company and haven't even recieved any products from them in the mail like the other complaints. I have been dealing with Stainsafe since May 2007. I was able to reach someone after a few days of trying and started a claim with them. The issue was pen marks on my couch. They claimed that they would send me two new cushion covers...they never made it to me. When I notified them of that they said that they would look into it.
