Do not buy this contract!!! It is not carried out. We paid $399 for a service contract. When we called for the last service, we were told, we called too early. I signed up for a website with a onetime fee of $1.99 to access grant information. The next thing I knew I was getting charged 29.99 a month for ID LOCK ON identity theft. I think there must have been some id theft involved. After paying a $157.01 bill in Jan by check, I went to a March 14 appt at Capstone. I was told that I could not proceed to my appt until I paid $157.01 right then. I purchase a car from Glassman Dearlership in June 17, 2008. I was promised a $25.00 gas voucher if I mailed in $100 worth of gas receipts each month. Accenture's public sector is full of incompetent management who harasses their employees and places blame on them just to save their own neck. Bryon LaBombard from IRS HCTC project is a key example of this. He constantly can't deliver because this id**t doesn't know how to gather requirements and manage assets and then goes around talking bad about employees to other employees, even those who may have quit because of him.
