I requested phone service and they installed a wireless modem. NOw I have poor connectivity and only 36 Mbps. My old modem was giving my 5 bars throughout my house and even outside and had 54 Mbps. She went to Liberty Bank to get the charge taken off her account. The person she spoke with said that SHE was responsible for the first $50 in FRAUDULENT CHARGES!
