I had an account at Merrill Lynch for nearly 5 years which included a VIsa debit card . Every month The United Protection Plan would debit my card for 99.95 at ML's VISA Signature site . They were not able to explain United was doing for me > recently I got the VISA customer service department to credit me with at least 3 months of charges after I learned that United was a scam .
