I never received my free trial offer, after spending 2 hours on the phone, about 8 calls all together, I was disconnected 5 time, left 2 phone messages, and then retrieved my email from placing the order. Replied to them regarding my order. no -one called me back. I did receive an email stating what day the order went out and that they would extend my trial for 2 more weeks. I never got to speak to a person so that when I get the order I can send it back with the RMA number, and I have read several of the other complaints. When I called to see if they were still available, the price had went up $25 for the half day. I recently received a bill for $62.00 from the Illinois Tollway in northern Illinois. I got the bill in the mail in the beginning of March 2009 and the fines on the bill where from Thanksgiving of 2008 and Jan.10 of 09. They actually signed me up for a monthly membership for 69.99 per month. I called and was told I was informed about the membership and trial period. I WAS NOT. They CAN NOT and WILL NOT help you in anyway. I called several times from different phone and each time they say I am breaking up and they can not hear me and hang up. I bought the house one year ago. It is set up for cable or satelight. At first cable was normal. Then they dropped two of the channels promisiing to give us replacements. As to date nothing. They tried the digital thing. So now the sound is messed up. I can only listen to mono not sterio. And at times mono isn't that great. Called Dyson and they referred me to Nutley Vacuum (they own three stores - other two are J&S Vacuum Co. and Livingston Vacuum Co.). Vacuum would not stand upright. Unit was off the track. Dyson authorized them to complete the repair of my dyson DC25 ball vacuum Nutley Vacuum claimed that it was due to unit needing to be cleaned and serviced. These guys really got me good. They quoted me $276 to move a one bedroom apartment and when they got to my apartment they insisted that they had to wrap all furnishings including my matress and box spring in one or more of the following bubble wrap/padding/shrink wrap and use 14 rolls of tape to do it. If there were any loose items they had to put them in a box and then would charge an arm and a leg for it all. First of all, a 14 day trial should begin once one is able to use the product. How are we to know if we like it if not allowed the full 2 weeks reommended. Secondly, my account was charged before my trial was over, the same with the Rezveratrol product. I bought a Brand New Vehicle of TATA 1615 Truck in February, 2009 from DIMO Lanka. It Has Break Down in the middle of the road on 21 March, 2009, saying that water mixed with oil and leaking. It has ran only 4000km. Its was not even one month used. I request the company to change with new Engine, but DIMO is trying to do some repair and return the same to me.
