I too noticed a $9.95 charge on my company credit card statement and knew that it was fraudulent immediately. The transaction date was on a Sunday when our offices are closed, and my card is always locked in my desk drawer. I only use the card when I am sitting at my desk. I immediately googled the company and came across the complaintsboard.com and saw the many postings. I don't understand why a company that is obviously doing this hundreds of times, and probably getting away with it a good percentage of the time, is not out of business by now. My wife and I use Chem-Dry for periodic carpet cleaning. Before our annual Christmas party we called Chem Dry and they sent a person out to clean the carpet. After our carpet was cleaned, it seems that ChemDry also cleaned out around $4, 500 in a 5 gallon change jug we kept in our closet. Although I was told today that an actual final bill was sent to me that month, I have no recollection of receiving it. I seen it was a charged of $79.96 on my statement, when I call, after finding the number from the charged on the account, I call them.
