Boots were supplied in Dec 2008. They have an obvious manufacturing or design fault which caused severe damage to the purchasers lower shin after 2 days. Company agreed to fefund on return of items consistent with rheir terms of trade but now will not refund until they get a refund from their supplier.This is clearly outside the trade practices act.
