I have tried to get Dave to fulfill my order numerous times through the web site email and through phone calls to no avail. Never any answer. But he continues to take paid orders, keeping the money and ignoring the order. I purchased a Franklin Recliner Sofa from Gardner-White Furniture which came with a manufacturing defect seam in the middle cushion as well as a tear in the top cushion. Because I did not notice these items within 48 hours of delivery Gardner-White refuses to replace them or fix them under warranty so lucky me I get to pay full price for bargain basement furniture. I ordered a 14 day free trial for a tooth whitening product. I saw nothing stating you had 14 days from the date of order to cancel, or that it was a monthly shipping product. My laptop quit working and I could not used my air card. I tried to get at&t to change out my aircard so I could used it on another computer. I needed an aircard that plugged into a USB port instead of the normal way the cards plug in. My card was not faulty it was fine but my new computer only has a USB Port.
