McLaughlin’s in Fargo, ND have kept in contact with us for the past year over the ski locker issue. They wanted to buy us ski racks that mount on each side of the boat; however, this does not suit our purposes. We tube, ski and stop to jump off of the side of the boat. We could not safely jump off the side of the boat with the skis mounted there. We also can not safely walk around the walkway of the boat due to no ski locker that should be located under the deck to stow skis that is stated in the manual. In May of 2008 1&1 somehow ended up changing the critical permissions on a number of files and directories within my web space. All files in my webspace reverted to basic read only permssions. This caused mission critical database applications to malfunction. I contacted 1&1 after being made aware of the problem within roughly 6 hours of the problem occurring. I'd recently bought a car from Red Cap. Seemed good, nice looking car, clean interior, etc. Once I went to drive it, I knew something was wrong. I booked a complete trip to Reno for the USBC Bowling tournament through trip reservations.com I requested a non-smoking room. I called trip reservations about 3 weeks before the trip to assure everything was ready and was told all flights and the hotel were ready for us. I sent another email at week 5 stating that my order was still not there and that I had received three orders from other companies AFTER I ordered from them, and they did not respond. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy and it was delivered 2 hours late and the delivery man said it was to large for the space and ranted and raved, it fit perfectly into the space after his tantrum. Not to mention he scratched the front door carrying it in . On 4-5-06 I was charged $80.00 for a "diagnostic test" for "service engine soon" light. In fact they advised me prior to the test that a loose gas cap could cause the problem. Instead of "checking the gas cap", they went ahead and performed the test and then informed me it was due to a "loose gas cap". I received my Statement today and find that £10 has been taken from my account on 31st March and I do not know why. I did buy a Camera earlier in the year and seem to remeber something about Shoppers Discount. I am concerned that a further £10 may go from my account today as it is the last day of the month. The account is now overdrawn as it is only an account we use for internet purchases and we keep the minimum amount in it. I ordered a charmeuse satin comforter from specialty linens.com for $170. When I took it out of the packaging I realized it was the ugliest comforter I had ever seen. Furthermore it was not the least bit comfortable. A $50 walmart comforter is 10 times more comfortable that what I purchased. The satin is extremely coarse and the stuffing is the cheapest polyester they could find. When you touch it, it sounds like it is stuffed with dried hay. I have a medical condition where I need sclerotherapy. I have a venous disease. I need to know where I could go to file a complaint against Blue Cross-Blue Sheild for denying me coverage.
