Ruby E Cook May 5, 2009
I signed on to the Google Legitimate Quick Cash.com website to try to do this business. I could not get the help I needed so I cancelled on April 20, 2009 a day before my deadline because I was still waiting for someone to help me get started. A few days later, they debited my account for the $39.95 monthly fee, plus the $9.95 for ID protection. Now today, May 5, they debited my account again for $12.95. This is getting so out of hand. Our funds are so limited - we are strapped and just trying to keep up with the bills and they are draining our account. HELP!!! My phone number is: 678-432-1906. read full review »

It was my daughter's first birthday and i had a coupon from Genuardi's for a free cake. I was suppose to receive a "Specially decorated two layer round cake with buttercream icing. 24-hour notice required." That's what it said. There was no expiration date on it. So i went to the bakery the day before my daughters birthday to order the cake like it said. But when i got there they would not accept my coupon. Sarah May 5, 2009
I went to Cato's in Warrensburg Mo to try to find some cute comfy clothes to fit me, being 5 months pregnant it isn't always easy. So I started off in the plus size section tried on about 10 items only to realize they were all to baggy. I put every thing back on the hangers just like they were, as I usually always do. I then check out the misses section and found again about 10-12 items, out of those I only found 3 items that fit nicely and were more importantly comfortable. I could tell the lady that checked me in to my fitting room... read full review »

T & C Nails
Eddy May 5, 2009
I went to T&C Nails to have a small chip on one nail repaired. The nail tech was so busy on her cell phone that she did not listen to a word I said to her. I asked her to fill the chip and do a polish change. She started chopping off the nail, I told her not to remove the nail to fix it. She then attempted to fix it. She made such a mess and took so long it was un believable. A five minute fix turned into a half hour night mare. She ruined the nail. She and the manager were very rude. He then charged me $10.00 for the work. He should... read full review »

Sears Roebuck And Co

On April, 6 2009, I purchased a clothe dryer from Sears. Total cost of $682.93 which included a $75 delivery fee. When the dryer was delivered the next day, it was not set up correctly for venting. The original sales person (Ann) assured me that the dryer could be vented the way I needed it, however, and apparently, she was wrong. An employee at the Sears warehouse informed me of the problem on the 8th of April, but she (Kim) could not offer a solution, and according to her no one at the Sears warehouse or any where else could help. I have been a passionate Hannah Montana fan for the majority of my life, so as you can guess, when I went to Fox Cinemas to see the feature-length movie, I was freaking pumped. Credict Cards

Just to let everyone know that companies force the use of credit card to guarantee payments. However, it protects the consumer to. For instance, if you buy something or pay for a service and it is not what you agreed upon. You can call your credit card company and file a dispute against the charge. Which means, until you and the company you are doing business with agrees on a solution, they do not get paid and you do not pay. You have 60 days to dispute anything on your credit card. I have a HELOC with Wachovia and a first mortgage with another bank. I'm trying to refinance my first mortgage with the other bank and they have approved me with a 1% reduction in loan interest rate. However, in order to complete the refinance, Wachovia has to allow it and Wachovia will not allow the refinancing. The debt to Wachovia remains the same, I'm not taking any cash out, the overall risk reduces because my mortgage payment decreases, but Wachovia does not want to help. They even took $100 to review my application prior to telling me they couldn't approve the refinance because it's not their policy! read full review »

I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed two weeks ago. It's quite pricy at $13.95, comparing to $7.00 in Korean Town, $9.50 in West LA, $12.00 at certain tailors. This cleaner is right across street from my apartment buildiing, so I figured it's more convenient. It took a week to get them done. I live in New York City and have used this service once before with the ticket being dismissed. The second time I used it I was found guilty. Now comes the hard part: getting a refund. Because I used WhiteOut to remove their logo or Copyright as they call it, I was refused a refund for altering the document. I changed no dates or places or any other information. You have to fax them all the documentation (which they already have), and if anything is missing or "altered" you're out. It's a great service if it works, but don't count on a refund. There is talk of a class action suit and I would definitely want in on that. read full review »
