I feel like we are all stuck in this stressfull, horrible situation with MGC mort. co. and there is nothing we can do about it. I was transferred in 7/08 from Litton Loan. I have never paid these people late, I have late fees, I have escrow fees and other things on the statements that I have received and cannot ever get to the bottom of this. My son ordered a CD with information on federal grants from someone who called him and charged my debit card what was suppose to be a one time fee of $2.95, in January, 2009. Since then every month they have been taking money out of my account twice a month once from websaveclub.com for 34.95 and once from mygrantsitetoo.com for 39.95. Today 3/23/09, I purchased a Weider Weight System, Pro 4950 from Sears. I get the $599.00 system home and during the assembling process I find that one of the major weight support bars was incorrect. On 04/10/2009 I had a CD with Wachovia Bank mature. I was never sent notice my CD had matured as I was assured I would by a representative when I opened it. I telephoned today to inquire about the CD and was told it matured April 10th and it was automatically rolled over into a CD bearing .75%. Over $20, 000 invested in a .75% CD!!! I concur with what all the other ladies have said about Dermitage and the unauthorized charges. Even if you try to cancel within the 14 days, they come up with another time frame. Free trials are nothing but a scam. I had a friend who did Dr. Oz's free trial for RESVERATROl ULTRA. By my calculations, the increase in ounces from 6 to 6.41 is 6.83%, and the increase in grams from 170 to 182 is 7.05%, a minor difference per can, but could be significant considering the number of cans produced. They were selected by Maytag to do the recall repair on my Jenn Air refrigerator. They missed 3 appointments-always lying that it was either maytag's fault or mine. Complete lack of organization and business ethics. It is unbelieveable to talk to the same woman twice within 2 hours and have her lie and say she never spoke with me. We were suppose to have 2 callbacks from supervisors with 5-10 minutes. Neither ever happened. WORST food and coffee experience EVER! Coffee and soup were dishwater. The mushroom soup had 1 stem piece of a mushroom in murky liquid. Husband's sandwich bread was moldy. I recently installed a special order Andersen storm door of the vented type and after the first rain it leaks. Funny how that works it let the water in around the glass, but after it ran down the inside of the door, the door sweep wouldn't let it out. I ordered a replacement part from Dyson directly and paid approx $50 inclusive. At the time, I was not asked concerning type of delivery; I was just apprised of the delivery charge.
