I purchased vitamins on 5/12/09 and received a confirmation. On 5/13/09, I reviewed my checking account. The charges from this company for the vitamins was there, but there were 3 additional charges. I, immediately, called this company, and no one answers, just a recorded message. I have called a couple of times since and get the same response. Also, I sent an email. The response was that someone would get back to me and no one has. What was strange about the email. There was not any name, dept, phone #, company name - not anything to identify this company.
Now I am very concerned about doing business with this company. I think it is a scam. read full review »

I repeatedly requested my Motor Club account be cancelled (on every bill I received since July 2008) and indicated I didn't intend to pay for a service which I had asked to be cancelled. In addition, I made numerous calls to their 800 #. On every one of those calls, my call was dropped after I made my complaint or asked to speak with a manager. I find it very difficult to believe that their phone service is actually that bad. I ordered a combination Fios/Telephone service in March and have not yet received a confirmation of my contract, The length of it, the price etc. Only what I have to pay in case I cancel earlier than the 2 years.
There is no way of contacting anybody. After being transferred to various divisions, when you ask for a supervisor, you get disconnected. And it takes 1-2 hours on the phone.
It's like trying to contact the big unknown "Wizzard of Oz".
If they change their terms I have nothing to protect me, but if I get out sooner, I will be charged $100.- or more.

About this time last year I contacted the company Cedar Valley Teddy Bears from an advertisement on Kijiji.com. The advertisment stated there were Yorkie Puppies for sale. The puppy that I requested was the one named "Rosemary." The website also said she was a "Tiny Teacup Yorkie" and was going to be 3-4 pounds full grown. Yesterday my car was AGAIN damaged by a shopping cart left in the parking lot at this Costco. Previously I called the manager when it happened and he said he could observe it on the video monitors and that they would work diligently on the problem. I went to Krogers to get another box of Quaker Oats packets
(walnuts & date style). The space was occupied by Quaker Oats "active lifestyle"-three new varieties. I thought that I would try the raisin/apple & walnut.
The next morning I poured the packet into the bowl. There appeared to be much more "dust" flour?. The oat flakes were smaller, more beaten up. I added water, nuked, added soy milk and ate one spoonful.

I was a satisfied t-mobile customer until now. Companion flight offered by tmobile with the renewal or addition of an account were offered late last year. The free companion flights must be booked on a special website that Tmob provides a link to with a pin number assighned to you. The airfare travel booking site is operated by a company named 'TLC'. I took my car back to NTB tire and battery shop, for them to fix the problem of my car vibration when you press on the brake, at least twice. The repairs that were made did not fix the proble it is still there. I paid and addition fee of $132.00 and the problem still remained the same. Awful, awful experience. I don't mind waiting for service, thats a part of every salon experience. My hair dresser ruined my hair, ruined it. her name is Bethany, she's in her 50's and told me she's be doing hair for over 20 years. I came in for a trim. she took off 4 inches, and left the front of my hair uneven, and dreadful! I asked for long layers and instead I received uneven bangs! I ordered the Free Trial of the Acai Berry Detox from their online site. I understood the terms and conditions of the trial and I received said bottle only a couple days before the trial ended. I decided I would keep the trial bottle, pay for that one bottle and then cancel the rest of my account. I called and canceled it. On April 11, 2009, my apartment was burnt down. No one was charged for the accident. Luckily I had renters insurance. They settled me with 15k for what my coverage has even though I had well over 28k in housegoods. (MY FAULT!!) Anyways, I cancelled all my services, water...elect... and COX. When I called to cancel, the rep told me that I was going to be charged an $80 cancellation fee due to breaking the contract agreement that I had with them. The whole story is too long to write out, but I tried for six months to subscribe to this magazine and never got a single issue. I first sent in a subscription card with the summer issue with Kids on the Hall on the cover. I waited two months and emailed them to ask if they got my information. Someone told me they would look into it. I waited another month until I saw the Fall issue on stands, so I emailed again. They said they'd look into it. AGAIN. This company should be put out of business. They obviously are ripping off thousands of people by fraudulent
charges on credit and debit cards. They have billed me twice for voice over IP that I do not use. I have requested refunds to no avail. Consequently I have been forced to shut down my account and open new ones.
Can't something be done legally to stop their practice of billing USA citizens fraudulently?

This company specializes in products for older or other people who may have mobility & other age related issues. They have a relationship with AARP & also QVC. And though their mission is laudable, there customer service is AWLFUL when it comes to handling a customer return.
I returned a defective product, using their pre-paid shipping label on 4/15/09. They received the product back on 4/27 (they use Newgistics as their returns shipper so expect delays even though you drop the return off at any Post Office) and I am still waiting... read full review »

I made a purchase through Oriental Trading Company online for gifts and crafts for the children I teach at my church and then Easy Saver illegally charged my account for a trial membership fee. I called the 1 800 number and told them they better have that cancelled immediately and remove the charge. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau in regards to this illegal transaction.
So keep an eye out while ordering off of Oriental Trading Company as well. They didn't make the charge, but somehow you can trapped through them.

This company was collecting for a urgent care bill that was sent to a address i had not lived at for 2 years. I have received other bills from the same place at my current address so i'm sure what the problem is there.
