The MinitLube at Calgary Crowfoot and Calgary 16th Ave continually attempt to upsell to items that are not required. They then proceed to not properly do the oil change. On one occasion I had insufficient oil installed although the tires were liberally lubricated, and just yesterday I had way too much oil installed. The continual upselling is ridiculaous. I was led to believe that I can purchase an online money making program for $1.88. I read some of the program online and attempted to create an account with one of the services, but to no avail. Well I said it was only a dollar eighty-eight so I was to pissed. But in the next couple of weeks I saw a debit on my account from GoogleKit.com for $98.00 for which I did not approve and I did not recieve anything from this company for that amount. I ordered a 14 day sample of extreme acai berry. I paid 3.99 for shipping and handling. As soon as i received the product and saw how much it was going to cost for a month's supply, I called and cancelled any furtheer orders. They still charged my debit card 88.00. This company was hired to do outdoor advertsing for my company. Door hangers. They where supposed to drop in one specfic zip code due to territory restrictions. 10, 000 peices. To start they where to print my pieces. I gave them the art work...When I finally saw the pieces they where horrible. I have been a Chase Mastercard card member for five years, and I have never been late or missed a payment in that time. I recently changed personal checking accounts. This past month, I entered my new routing number and account number and submitted a payment for the full balance of my account four days before the due date. I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00.
