this company offered me a chance to train, test, and get employed the federal government. they said training would take about 3-4 months, and it does not. i went through 9 months and never saw ythe end. when i asked them for a refund, they said not because it was my fault i did not complete the training in 3-4 months. On May 1, 2009 I went to a Rhuematologist for pain. I have RA. He prescribed Celebrex and Darvocet. When I dropped off the RX, they told me that BCBS had put a hold on it - needed more info from the doctor. My doctor sent the info once on the 4th and once on the 5th. After ordering the camera by phone I received one email from the company on April 3rd. I expected the camera in 2 weeks. When we didn't receive further notice from them I called. They were closed. I called a few days later and was told the camera was on back order. A total of seven weeks passed, no camera and no further contact. They are charging your credit card for bogus web access that is "part of the agreement" when you order the product. I called to cancel the product thinking that would take care of it all but a month later I am charged for the web access even though when I got the product I declined the web access. I have visited this Nextcare Clinic a few times over the years and have always been unhappy with their services. They are always understaffed and behind schedule with over worked, stressed out and rude medical professionals. The staff have been down right abusive and negligent.
