I have visited this Nextcare Clinic a few times over the years and have always been unhappy with their services. They are always understaffed and behind schedule with over worked, stressed out and rude medical professionals. The staff have been down right abusive and negligent. The MinitLube at Calgary Crowfoot and Calgary 16th Ave continually attempt to upsell to items that are not required. They then proceed to not properly do the oil change. On one occasion I had insufficient oil installed although the tires were liberally lubricated, and just yesterday I had way too much oil installed. The continual upselling is ridiculaous. I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00.
