This company was far from satisfactory with our local domestic move and the customer service. Their poor packing decisions led to the breaking of our china cabinet glass and a large piece of the hutch was cracked. I ordered ONE bottle of a supplement. At the time, I told the salesperson I wanted to try just this one and would call them back if I wanted more. I made the salesperson repeat it back to me. Supposedly, our conversation was recorded, though I never heard any beeps. Anyway, they have charged me once again. When I called them about they refused to work with me. They said my only recourse would be to dispute it through my bank. The item was defective, and I returned the item to the manufacturer, which is common practice, to have it repaired, within days of receiving it in the mail. As others have noted these products and the SWM labs are SCAMMERS. the Customer Assistance line is a joke; as the Resveratrol product is apparently billed as Ultra cleanse, but they are told to note that they do not service Ultra cleanse. The products were ordered on my card, apparently by some jokester, who sent it to my address and had the product listed in pseudonyms for my name and an email that sounds like an April Fools joke. Mercedes Publishing (AKA Knowles Publishing) called our place of business aggressively marketing an OSHA manual. Never did we agree that we wanted this manual. It was sent out anyway. Trying to talk to customer service representative, Tim Kinder, was a nightmare. He was rude, he yelled, and then hung up, when we repeatedly stated that we did not order this manual and wanted to return it. Be careful with solicitors from this company. I have call the company in ga now i'm trying this way. The lids/caps are so tight on 50% of the bottles in a 12 pak. that I must get a pair of wire pliers to help me open it. This is my 3rd visit to this place. 1st visit was the x-ray and general examination. 2nd visit was for tooth filling. They charged me $180 even though my co-pay was $about 130. On my third visit I paid $150 when I had to pay then $50. They credited me the difference between $180 and $130 from the 2nd service during the 3rd service co-pay ONLY when I asked them. This company calls and harrasses people to pay debts that are out of stat. They call and make horrible threats about executions from judges, a visit from the Sheriffs or Marshalls, and even go as far as to threaten one's credit report on accounts/paper they can't report. Enclosed with my trial they explained additional monthly supply for $49.95 would be shipped unless cancelled within 14 days of order date. I ordered on 4/28 and cancelled on 5/6. TLG charged my account $139.99 but were unsuccessful because they had the wrong expiration date. At first I had no clue as to why this was being charged. After reading other complaints, the only conclusion I can come to is when I bought a Pedegg online (nearly a year ago). Within the last few months I have recieved 2 rebate checks in the amount of $5. Sunday, May 17, 2009 we picked up our many dogs from the PetSmart Queen Creek, AZ hotel. Cashier 296982 was very, very abrupt and rude. This company used to be known as Krane Products until they were shut down only to reemerge as SBK products. They are located in Florida. Their ID on caller ID usually comes in as just “Florida” .
