I bought into this company and then tried to make a reservation. I started about four months in advance and finally (after numerous calls and rude operators) got booked into a place in my choice of destination less than one week until we were going. My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008. I was told that the unit would be returned to me within 9 to 15 DAYS. It is now May 2009, some 5 months later and I am still waiting for its return. Apparently BMW paint is more expensive than gold! The 'damage' in the picture cost over £200 to repair. Not only that but when queried this was the Insurance Price and as I chose not to pay by insurance but to pay myself they would have done it cheaper if they had known it was being paid personally but as they had raised the paperwork now it was tough. First, the employees meticulously weigh every single item that goes on your sandwich. They are so concerned with cutting costs, that the customer feels like they are on an imposed diet by the Togo's staff. We bought a Jacuzzi spa two years ago because we believed it was a quality product. Over the past three months we have experienced two serious leaks, which resulted in the spa being out of service for three months. I have emailed Jacuzzi twice, but have received no response. The local service company doing the warranty work does not seem to be at all concerned about the quality issues. We are very unhappy with both the lack of quality of the product and Jacuzzi's obvious lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We were sold a sigma camera lens from this shop. The sales person had a high priced sticker for this item and led us to believe it was a better lens than the cannon lens. The price was close to $400.00. We came home and found out the lens was priced from $120.00 to $165.00. We were first deceived and misled and.
