I signed a contract with Platinum Protection for a Monironics home security system. After about a year it wasn't working properly and I called Platinum several time to send someone out to check it out. No one ever came out. We bought a BoatFloat lift about 10 days ago it stopped working. We called the manufacture and he came to our house to check the lift. He told there was an electrical problem at the house. We called the electrician and he said that there is no power problem at the house and the issue is on the lift itself. The lift has a 2 year warranty but the manufacture sent us an invoice for $ 599.07 and he did not fix the lift. He refuses to honor the warranty. I have been calling him and sending several emails. Acclaim Financial Services will not remove me from the credit bureau for a 93.00 debt that I do not owe to Archwirless. I closed my pager service in 1992 with a zero balance. So I called them up and they said that for about $380CDN they put my pictures in a cd-rom send it out and get auditions for me. Stupid enough I trusted them and I paid them in full amount. My wife and I purchased a home from O’donnell & Sons Inc. After living in the house for 7 months, the closing punch list items are still not complete. Our basement floods any time there is a heavy rainfall because the property was not properly excavated.
