I was admitted to the emergency room overnight, misdiagnosed, and released in worse condition then when I arrived. The doctors Stuck needles in my spine, put dye in my blood to run a cat scan, and gave me blood. All of these services were not nessecary and very invasive. This company has the WORST business practices I have ever encountered. After being told a price by phone to get my vehicle out of their storage, I went to retrieve it. I misplaced the pin that inserts into the Zen which you can then plug a mini usb cable into for charging. I tried to order one through the company but they have discontinued it. I have one of their Tankless Water Heaters with a “lifetime” warranty. What they don’t tell you is that repair parts take an extremely long time to get to you. They only ship via US Mail, or so they say. I offered to pay for overnight service but they refuse to do that. Bottom line my family and I have been without hot water for over two weeks while they get around to shipping the parts. pure nutrients are a rip off company. They claim to give you a free 14 day trial, which starts from the order date that is on your order # slip. Then when you call the # they provided to say you are unhappy with the product before the trial day is up. I used this company. They asked for payment before doing anything. I gave my credit card number and signed their form (a big error). They took profit to charge me an extra 2 hours. A complaint to my credit card company did nothing. They provided to the credit card company a fake receipt with my imitated signature; unfortunately I could not prove it was fake.
