I have eaten at Togo's on Hawthorne selected times in the past couple of months and am very disappointed in this location. First, the employees meticulously weigh every single item that goes on your sandwich. They are so concerned with cutting costs, that the customer feels like they are on an imposed diet by the Togo's staff. We bought a Jacuzzi spa two years ago because we believed it was a quality product. Over the past three months we have experienced two serious leaks, which resulted in the spa being out of service for three months. I have emailed Jacuzzi twice, but have received no response. The local service company doing the warranty work does not seem to be at all concerned about the quality issues. We are very unhappy with both the lack of quality of the product and Jacuzzi's obvious lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We were sold a sigma camera lens from this shop. The sales person had a high priced sticker for this item and led us to believe it was a better lens than the cannon lens. The price was close to $400.00. We came home and found out the lens was priced from $120.00 to $165.00. We were first deceived and misled and. How can they put a price sticker on the product so high and lie, with no reprecusions for this? They have a store business, it was not at a flea market? Unauthorized charge of $69.90 was indicated on my credit card statement. In April, contact was made *800-497-4988 for which they would credit my account the S/H charge of $1.97 (it was done) but on my next statement (thr 5/13) the $69.90 charge ensued. I ordered a pool table from pooltables-direct.com February 2nd over the phone. I asked the young man who took my order about colors, telling him we have oak in our home. He suggested chestnut stain would go with oak, that it would "bring out the grain in the wood nicely." She x-rayed a back molar and even though it was not abscessed she said I had only two choices, have it extracted or have a root canal and crown. I was not sure then or now if the pain was from this particular tooth. Without informing me, she did oral surgery in her chair by drilling into my jaw bone. My experience (so far) with Mark's Service Pro in Spencer, Wisconsin has been awful. My Philips LCD TV broke down 30 days after purchase. It would no longer turn on and would just blink a red light. First the company is very unprofessional they are quick about taking your money but slow in shipping product as well as responding to any inquiries about your order. I signed a 2 years contract from Rogers wireless cell phone. I paid $400 for the cell phone from my pocket. After 3 months of usage the service is really bad and most of my calls drop. Skip this company if you want a quality cleaner. I hired this guy for end of tenancy cleaning and he showed up with only domestic cleaning materials, a hoover that didn't work, a carpet steam cleaner that couldn't even pick up the dust left on the carpet. I spent and entire day in the bathroom throwing up yesterday after I even sent my food back the 1st time for being under cooked. This company is using "black hat seo" methods to get users at the top of Google's Local Listings. They stuff tons of keywords into the company's description (which you can see if you click the little "more" button beside the phone number and then click the "details tab").
