Afterwards I received two more bottels and was billed for them I called and was told to return the item refused and they would refund me. 6 months later I am still trying to get my refunds they said I would receive and now they are saying they have no record of me canceling until Feb 2009 when I received the third bottle and called about that refund. I bought a car from Aloias Folsom Lake Nissan in July of 2006. After some haggling, we came to an agreement on a price with gap coverage and a bumper to bumper extended warranty. The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. I had a RAW SEWAGE backup in my basement from a blockage on the street via MSD. The pitiful response I got from the IDS Restoration Company was very disappointing after MSD all but insisted I utilize THEIR clean-up crews! I bought the software restorer 2000 from bitmart ( www.bitmart.com) and it does not perform the function it is advertised to - absurd, really, but there you go.
