I mailed $30 rebate for Brother Laser Printer HL2040 in November 2006. I made copies of all forms and receipts, and mailed it by certified letter. After 8 weeks waiting period I contacted their customer service and was told that letter was not received or misplaced, and they asked to email or fax them the copies, which I did. I own a 2004 Saturn Vue and I love it, however try to get it worked on!! I live in Cortez, Colorado and there is nobody here that can work on a Saturn of any kind. I have to travel 4 hours to have work done because even though it is a GM product, Chevrolet does not know anything about the Saturn and has no manuals on it. I am having a problem with an insurance co. Safe Auto. My son was involved in an accident 02-02-07. He was rear-ended by a Safe Auto customer. Customer make reservations for special truck for their move but when they come to pick up their reserved truck they always get one they didn't request! But their are some great employees sometimes help you get the one you need, but there are some that can be a total "ASS" give you wrong one that make you have to make more trips then you exspected during your move. I was paying this company every month on time. They proceeded to place a $1200 lien on my checking account. I went to the sheriff's office and filed an exemption to get my account released in 10 days. I continued to pay Kramer & Frank every month on time, but with a money order. Next served my employer and demanded that my employer garnish my wages $200/week. They told my employer that I was not sufficient with my payments. I recently cancelled a transaction that never should have taken place. The money was then refunded to my account by the company, but the bank will not refund my money for the $35 overdraft fee. I do not understand why it is that a mistake was made by another company, and therefore, I have to pay for it. One year later, to the date, I have sent this camera to Nikon Inc. for annual calibration. Nikon refused to service it, stating, it is a "grey maket" camera that was "...not intended to be sold in the U.S.A. ..." I have never been told about this important information nor have I intended to purchase a "grey market" camera. We placed an order with Pop's Furniture on December 29th, 2008 ($2300.00) with an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks. 8 weeks went by and no delivery or call from Pop's. Quick complaint - I had a Sandisk M260 MP3 player. I did a firmware update that broke the device. called tech support and they said there was nothing they could do (after we tried some troubleshooting) since it was no longer under warrantee (3 months past). Shop.com provided TLG Great Fun my account information resulting in a monthly charge. Same scam as everyone else. TLG claims I responded to a query about getting savings information which caused the transaction. Shop.com, which had my account information transacted this to TLG but did not log the transaction to my account history. I was able to get TLG to cancel but did not recover my monthly cost, for which I got nothing. I am now working to get Shop.com to delete any record of my account information.
