Had rental reservation told they would pick me up. They did not then told me they did not have a car. Overall attitude there is Rude! Asked a few normal questions in no manner was I mad even though I did not have a car. The person on the other end got mad and told me not to bother to visit as he would not rent to me. I recommend not renting from them as it appears they say one thing, and then when it is time to pick up the car change what they say. I purchased this Bike Trailer in june of 2008. at first it seemed that it was a good deal, I saved 400-500 dollars but had to drive from NJ to Georga to pick it up. After Hauling it home the 850 miles (Brand New) the lights shorted out and the left side fender came loose. I rent two (2) units out of eight (8) units in a one story commercial building. An alley or corridors separated 4 units on the west side and the other four on the east side. The building has an iron gate to enter the building from the main street. I own a 2004 Saturn Vue and I love it, however try to get it worked on!! I live in Cortez, Colorado and there is nobody here that can work on a Saturn of any kind. I have to travel 4 hours to have work done because even though it is a GM product, Chevrolet does not know anything about the Saturn and has no manuals on it. But their are some great employees sometimes help you get the one you need, but there are some that can be a total "ASS" give you wrong one that make you have to make more trips then you exspected during your move. I was paying this company every month on time. They proceeded to place a $1200 lien on my checking account. I went to the sheriff's office and filed an exemption to get my account released in 10 days. I continued to pay Kramer & Frank every month on time, but with a money order. Next served my employer and demanded that my employer garnish my wages $200/week. They told my employer that I was not sufficient with my payments. I recently cancelled a transaction that never should have taken place. The money was then refunded to my account by the company, but the bank will not refund my money for the $35 overdraft fee. I do not understand why it is that a mistake was made by another company, and therefore, I have to pay for it. One year later, to the date, I have sent this camera to Nikon Inc. for annual calibration. Nikon refused to service it, stating, it is a "grey maket" camera that was "...not intended to be sold in the U.S.A. ..." I have never been told about this important information nor have I intended to purchase a "grey market" camera.
