In the classic pyramid scheme, the people at the bottom of the pyramid are paying the people above them (and no one is left to pay them). Dr. Mosharrafa is a rushed assembly line type surgeon. He attemted to repair a dimple in my implant TWICE! The second time we suspect he nicked the implant causing it to leak.
