Quicken will take your initial call in less than 30 seconds...after that, the further you are in the process, the longer the wait. It can go as long as 30 minutes if you have to talk with 2 people. I initiated contact with them and set up our account. However, they denied I existed and set-up the account only in my husband's name. The weird thing is is that I am a partner with my husband. Bought 2 Green Day tickets for Glasgow SECC for £135 only to find a month after I bought them off this seller on ebay the tickets from ticketmaster etc had already been sent out. I contacted the seller he said that different dealers send their tickets out at different times. I purchased a credit card machine through Prodigy Payment Systems in Richardson TX. I went through a bad spell and they said they would put my service on hold with no fees in volved for me to pay. When my business was up and running again, they debted my account around $400.00 without telling me for past fees since my service was on hold. Hii I booked a jet airways return ticket for my wife and infant of 1.5 years through a travel agency in brampton from toronto to mumbai in 2008 which is valid for one year. At the time of booking i was told that this is the only air lines which accepts the infant under two years for initial trip and who will become over 2 years in return. El Monte RV provide rentals and sales. They have a disgraceful General Manager who EXPECTS/DEMANDS quantity instead of quality from their already hard working employees. The RV's are NOT being sanitized properly because they are on a "budget", therefore their disinfectants and cleaners are all being diluted, thus not working as effectively as you would expect. They want you to send them your info so that they can send you checks that you will have to cash through your bank. They don't have an office, so you have to work from home. Beware of these people. I had my deck treated by Sealmaxx of Colorado about 5 yrs. ago. The 1st year I called and complained that it looked terrible. I was told it needed to be washed off and that they would come out and do it for me. They did and it looked a little better. Every year since it's been going down hill. I bought in August 2008. Screen freezes after turning on the PC. You need to re-start the computer mulitple times. Hard drive was bad within 6 months of use. In addition, technical support is in Asia and they have a REALLY hard time communicating. They sent me a bad hard drive (which required me to spend an additional $230 at Geek Squad to diagnose and replace the hard drive). If your PC and the data is important to you (e.g. business use, photos, videos) DO NOT BUY this product. It has been a very expensive, stressful and frustrating experience. The US Postal Service in Valrico, FL is the worst! For about two months now our mail have been misdelivered and even taped to the wall in the mail box area by neighbors that have received our mail in their boxes. I have called the US Post Office numerous times and have even paid them a visit in person to complain. Yes, they looked at me like I was stupid and they were doing their job correctly.
