U-Verse service is not yet ironed out, It will be a good service after about 5 years. I should have know something was up when the supervisor came on the line to make sure you wanted to order it. (Shauld have been a hint) It takes between 4-6 hours to install, and watch how many holes they put in your walls. Also in the day of HD, in most areas you can only watch one HD tv at a time. On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. They billed my insurance company and I paid a $55.00 co-pay. Less than 18 HOURS later, the repair failed and the bridge came out in a salad I was eating (no croutons). I have been a customer of citibank since 2000 and have used their online banking payments and transfers since that time. On December 6 2008, a final auto transfer payment of 3, 250 was completed and I cancelled all future transfers to that account. I was billed $9.10 for each of the last 2 months on my AT&T telephone bill by OAN Services, Inc. on behalf of E-Secure Svcs, LLC for services I did not subscribe to nor receive. I converted over phone service to this company and they have a goverment assistance discount they offer where if you recieve any kind of assistance you can get the discount if you fill out the life line form they send in the mail, but they never explianed you had to return the form or your service would be disconnected. They say that I have not made Dec. 08 payment. This is June and they have not posted payments. They tried to tell me that I did not have insurance on the home. They did not pay it so I did. The letter had the wrong loan number and wrong address. It was mailed to the correct address with my name but that is the only thing right on the letter. I received a hard tonneau cover that they delivered. The box had holes torn in it and was very beat up. It was obvious shipping damage. The tonneau cover was broken. I took lots of pictures to document the damage. I filed a complaint with them. They sent me a letter saying that they would settle of 1/3 of what the cover cost me and that I only had 15 days to accept their offer or I would get nothing.
