We called Burton out to our house and they came out the afternoon of Friday May 22, 2009. They found that the controller board that controls the fan for the furnace was bad. They said they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it. My wife called back on Wednesday May 27th and Friday May 29th to see if the part arrived. This videographer was recommended to us by friends for our wedding video. We had our wedding on April 13, 2008 - just over a year ago. On March 25 2009 I purchased a 30 day trial membership for the Awakened Imagination kit.I had one month to decide if i wanted to cancel.I notified the company to please cancel my membership on April 23 2009. On April 27 I was charged $32.95 on my visa . After much research here is what I found out... There is one company that sells your info to the Teeth Whitening companies such as Hydrolab for Ez Brite, and Advance Wellness, etc... I went to my bank, and they are disputing the charges with Visa... they would have to prove a signature for the orders... They sent me an email from a friend asking me to join and "see her photos". After joining I discovered there were no photos, it was all fake, and that they now had harvested all my email contacts, used my name and sent out emails asking others to join this sleazy site. About a year later out of know where they filed a lawsuit claiming that I owe them $9, 000 and I authorized them to do the work. Like many others, my wife and I made the mistake of ordering hard-to-find DVDs from Planet DVD Store. The disks are poor in quality and performance, and service is nonexistent. They don't answer emails at all, and they give no telephone number or mailing address. Moreover, the DVDs are obviously pirated. I have this pop-up that has been coming up on Mozilla that, upon closing, continues to talk to me. It refers to a google "toolkit" and how these people make free money advertising on google. The staff at Palma Real are eager to book atour or show you their vacation club. Try to complain about service and you get ignored and shown a lot of BS about protocol. Case in point. Stayed at this resort and ordered a bottle of wine. When the wine went bad we complained. The pompous manager Cesar Garcia simply told us over and over about the protocol for ordering the wine. He refused to hear us and refused to try the wine himself! Complained to the hotel manager who simply reiterated the wine ordering protocol according to Sol Melia. My father in 90 years old stroke victim and legally blind. I'm his son responsible for his financial affairs. He received a statement from American Express which hasn't had any activity in close to 3 years. A charge now appears for $65.38 from Vesta Boostmobile. The charge is fraudulent!!
