I purchased a 24by4ft metal frame in 2008 in april but was unable to put it up until late July use the first time in August of 2008. It was problems from the start fill the pool up and it started to leak out from the valves opening, then the filterpump wouldn"t work at all so I called the company they kept on giving us the run around about the replacing parts to the thing until this day we never have receive anything fron the company. Dell tech support does the same test over and over after being told these test already have been completed to fix the same problem, having replaced three video cards, mother board, and hard drive due to the same problem and spending over 20 hours on the telephone to india finally had to demand a supervisor for 15 minutes to get to one who would listen. all the rest just wanted to run the same test and then say i did not buy the unit as one basically calling me a liar. finally they agreed to send a refurbished tower to replace the one i have only had less than a year. I went to a San Francisco gastroenterologist named Dr. Elsen for a colonoscopy. During the procedure he squeezed and rubbed my genitals, which is not part of the procedure. His office told me my insurance covered the entire cost, yet I was sent a bill for more than $150, which I refused to pay. He sent the bill out for collection. I wrote the agency to complain about his inappropriate behavior and the fact that I didn't owe anything, but I ended up with a bad mark on my credit report. We bought a Mattress from Mattress Mall in Sunrise, FL in January of 2009. A week later my husband and I were waking up with extreme back pain. Drop off 2000 Chevy Tahoe on Sunday at 2:10 pm for oil change and check rear brakes for noise. How simple is it to order a sectional and coffee table??? Upon the first delivery we noticed a chip in the wood of our coffee table and was told we can keep it while the replacement was being ordered. The sectional looked fine, so we thought.
