This company is the worst management group I have seen! The managers at the front desk are deceitful, and rude. We had asked before we moved into the apartment to fix the porch. The apartment is on the second floor, the porch when you walked on it would give in at the center, the wood was rotted away. They told us that it would be fixed before we moved in. The Amerassit company was hired by my company to help with debt reduction and resolution. I signed an agreement with them to take control of my outstanding payables. They have accessed an account I set up for this for approx. $9, 000.00 in what they call funding your account for payment. I was not aware that the amt. of $ 59.34 was going to be deducted from my acct. I paid $2.00 from my credit card in the hopes that I would receive info regarding grants. To date, I have not received any info and I my acct had a deduction of 59.34 ! Grant Masters told me that I had 30 days before any charges were made to my account for their Government grant information. Well, I thought I was a little smarter than this but guess what, I got sucked in too. I called my credit card company and found out that there was two charges applied to the account within 20 minutes of each other. First the $1.95 plus tax and then another for67.62. The terms of the agreement allow you one day to change your mind and in B.C. you have 10 days to change your mind on any contract. i was unable to get home for a family emergency, us airways told me i had to pay an additional $180.00 to get home to my daughter who was in need of a hospital immedietley. So the airline would rather send a plane off the ground with empty seats than put a customer who already paid to go home 2 days later on it to get to her daughter who needed her . I initiated a loan refinance in early March 2009 with Land Home Financial. Mr. /name removed/, the loan agent, indicated the refinance would close by June 2009. I have been doing business with this company for years.. they started paying slow and had some trouble like many businesses did last year. They have a new way of paying consignors and it is faster than any other auction company around. At least they have done something about it. I was not owed any money they always kept me current. This is the WORST vet EVER! It was a Sunday and my regular vet was closed. I made the difficult decision to have my beloved cat euthanized because she was suffering. I did not want her to have to go through another day of suffering. I went to Banfield because 1) they were open on Sunday and 2) it was close to my house - thinking that they could not screw up a euthanasia. Beware the "Free" Diagnostic Scam! This shop doubles the list price of parts in order to make up for the time they spend inspecting your car for free. He answered all of the questions on the application truthfully and had 4 recorded conversations with nurses prior to signing the Amendatory Endorsement. I hired Ideal Tax service to recover taxes that were rightfully mine. He charged me $1000 for the service. He contacted the IRS to which they agreed that the money was owed to me, but I never got the money. I recontacted Joe to which he said he will persue the claim, I never heard anymore from him and found out he has either moved or went out of business.
