I placed an order on 22 Jun, 11:03 PST, I paid for 3 day delivery. The item sat in the wearhouse for 35 hours before being shipped, it is scheduled to be deliverd on Friday, the 4th day. I contacted Costumes for less and they responded with an e-mail that they were within their shipping policy. I read their policy, id does not state that they have 24 hours to ship. Per their web site "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it..." Avoid like the plague - I rented a van for a crucial pick-up, which I booked around a week in advance. Money was taken from my card but the van simply didn't show up. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be arriving and it was difficult to get a response from the less than helpful man on the phone as to when it would arrive. I was left with not enough time to hire an alternative and as a result I have incurred significant costs. I am currently proceeding with a legal claim against this firm to reclaim the money they took plus the costs incurred due to the breach of the agreement. Beware when you rent a car from Europcar from New Zealand. I rented a car from Queenstown from 05-16-09 to 05-21-09, and I got ripped off. I signed up with Sprint when I moved to a new residence about five years ago, was told I could also have a cell phone at no upfront cost and would receive only regular monthly bills starting on a certain (reasonable) date.
