I submitted for a loan modification on my mortgage loan on 1/12/2009. As of today I have received nothing but requests for the same information over and over. Their web address is traced to Indonesia and do not allow for credit card payment (cash/money order only up front before delivery of the 'goods'.) My son and I were trtying to find a waterproof bag to take on a snorkeling trip and we had about a half an hour to get there. we stopped at the Kmart in Key West on US1. We used Primus Canada for couple of years and eventually cancelled their services due to too many dropped calls. I notified them of my intent asked them to send a final bill.
