Web advertising offered a "free trial" for just shipping and handling. Got two charges on my debit card, each for $ 2.97. Got a tiny bottle of Sky Cleanse, used a few. No results. Then, 15 days later, got a charge for $ 78.53 on my debit card. When I called, they said I had to cancel within 15 days of ordering free trial. I had missed the deadline. They would not refund my money. I had to close cancel my debit card to avoid recurring charges but I'm stuck paying $84.00 for worthless pills. Very angry, very upset. Saxon Mortgage is good at giving people the brush off until they get control of their property. I have called, written, faxed, emailed them for several months. Have tried to talk to a supervisor, tried to reason with them, faxed them what they required and they still will not communicate with me. It seems there are many complaints online in this same vein. Viking Recovery services showed up at my home last night at 12:00 AM! They were looking for the people that owned our homed prior to us-they have been gone for 2 years!!
