We had purchases a vechicle from Payday Motors, with financing to be done thru Credit acceptance. However, being very unhappy with it and after speaking with owner there, they said they would buy it back from us, they would let finace company know, and that it would be like we never bought it. They also told us that finance company agreed and car was taken back to them. It now has been brought to my attention that it was placed on my credit and my spouses credit as a repossession. Has anybody ever heard of Credit4equity.com? They have preconstruction projects, where they claim that the builder has incentives for purchasing. They build in emerging markets, ex: San Antonio, and Austin area. One of the benefits is that you can receive anywhere from 60K - 125K per deal after the sale, or if the property is not sold within the 9mnths of the loan, then the builder will buy the property back and give you the $$$ for the deal. Tom Gillie seems to have a knack for taking your money and not delivering the goods. I have a similar experience of ordering flooring with a delivery date of mid- August. The date comes and goes and no wood. I contacted Tom and he said he would check into it and get back to me. Two weeks go buy and no return call and subsequent calls go unanswered. This company is an authorized retailer of DaVinci wedding dresses yet they purchased the dress from another DaVinci retailer because they could get the dress for less. Considerable damage to my nose as a result of surgery with him. The internal structure was amputated, and nasal bone severely crooked. There is no support in the tip of my nose, He turned very nasty at the followup, when I showed him and told him about my deformites.
