I've had two(2) incidents, recently, where the manager changed the terms of their promotional coupons after an employee had already acepted them as presented. In their current promotion, they were giving consumers coupons giving a 25% discount for transactions that totalled over $20, or over $40. The former gives you a $5 discount, while the latter gives you a $10 discount. Year befor last I purched their elect trimmer and the warranty. The trimmer would not hold a charge, so I took it back the next summer and was told they were having lots of problems with them...so they exchanged it, but the warranty would be used to get a New One! I am a victim of this company's deceptive practices as well. I contacted Easy Savers at 800-444-9491 and simply told them I wanted the account cancelled and all previous charges refunded to me. I have been waiting for a refund from Best Price Cruses for over 4 months. Best Price Cruises is a travel agency located in Florida and also doing business as Vacation Superstore Network.
