On 2 separate occasions, Gaurdian has failed to cover repairs for items listed in the policy. This has resulted in over $4k in out of pocket expenses for me. They do everything they can to keep from paying for a warranty coverage. I bought a pair of shoes from the website on the 3rd May. After receiving the shoes I found that there was little resemblence between what I had been sent and what was pictured on the website. I was offered an exchange and I spent a further £15 sending the shoes back to China. 8 weeks later (and about 15 emails) I have no shoes and am £160 out of pocket. I ordered 4 bras on 6/5/09 and paid for them by credit card. I have called several times to check when they will be shipped. Several times that I called I was unable to speak to anyone as the call when directly to voicemail and the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. Three times I did speak to customer service and was told that the bras would ship the next day by USPS Priority and that I would have them in 2-3 days. My 88 year old aunty was called about Sky Insurance - we didn't know anything about the call as she has seniors dementia, and anyone talking to her would realize this. they somehow managed to sign her up for Sky Service insurance (she does not have Sky Service on the TV) - when we finally realized what had happend and called up to cancel it they kept repeatedly trying to sell us insurance on her rented TV and anything else that happend to be connected to the TV. CFI has put a number of accidents on my DAC Report and have not bothered to differentiate between the accident where I was at fault and the four others that were not. A year later, you get billed for another $100 when there is nothing else to see. I D Sentinental Alert has been deducting $21.95 per month from my credit cart account for at least 3-1/2 years. That is a minimum of $921.90 that they owe me. I have never signed up for their service and would like for them to show me proof that I did.
