Canadian tire, Yardworks

This is a case of “BUYER BEWARE” at Canadian Tire (Calgary Store #419, 64th Ave & Deerfoot Trail N.E, Calgary, Alberta). Here’s my little story: Bought a cordless mower one year ago, the battery dead just few days before the warranty expires, I think I was lucky. Then the trouble starts, first I took the battery to the return desk, two ladies ask me to bring the whole mower so that they can replace a new one for me. (sounds too good to be true for Canadian tire.), I believed them. the whole stupidly... read full review »

This company has the worst service in an RV purchased ever experienced. I dont' know how they sell anything. Long story short, they were great at making you want to buy a new RV, they were terrible in the follow through. First, they had this yahoo Casey who is supposed to be in Finance try and get me approved. He calls me to tell be I am denied and ask ME what i want him to do. I was shocked to find out he had been there 14 years and would have expected advise from him. Then i request a new guy and he starts out with a bang with the... read full review »

We also hired Jerome Sammy for two bathrooms renovation, he seemed honest at the time and after checking out the references he supplied, we decided to hire him. We also hired him by watching HGTVs Income Property and would never do it again. After we gave him a deposit for the job...he disappeared with our money, we tried contacting him and he refuses to return our calls. He is a FRAUD, a THIEF, very dishonest. Please do not fall victim to this man as we did. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM... HIS LICENCE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM. read full review »

This company uses multiple names, none of which I am sure are real. They call and threaten civil litigation on "zombie" credit accounts. I want to know how they are still in business for violating every federal law protecting consumers. I went through a rough time many many years ago and all my accounts went to collections/write-off. I have since gotten back on my feet and pay all my bills on time. They started calling me on an account that I closed 10 years ago and threaten to take me to civil court for fraud. It seems like they are... read full review »

On January 31st, 2007 I entered Tiger Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Academy looking to become a student of Tae Kwon Do because my 5-year-old son attended classes there. Prior to sign a contract with Mr. Sung Kim, the Co-Owner of Tiger Kim’s Academy, I asked several important questions regarding the terms of their contract(s). First and foremost I asked about the different options that were available regarding length of time. Mr. Kim abruptly informed me that they only provided 2-year contract and that everyone signed the same contract. I asked... read full review »

New York Supreme Court
carebear 2 July 6, 2009
Judge Kent just ruled against me in a case. His decision was 180 degrees in opposition of the testimony of all witnesses including expert witnesses assigned by the court. I will be appealing the decision, but this judge has been the subject of numerous complaints across the internet and I have had the opportunity to meet several other litigants with similar stories of bizarre decisions which are inconsistent with the facts at trial. This man is more than two years beyond the manatory retirement age for the New York Supreme Court and needs to step down immediately before he ruins more lives. read full review »

I was admitted to the emergency room at Brookdale University Hospital on 6/24 for a drug overdose. Later I was transferred to the first floor psych ward involuntarily. Another diet fad scam!!! When you order the free trial, you have to really scroll down on the page to see the fine print!! If you do not call to cancel the order after your 12 day trail...you are automatically charged $74.95!! AFter discovering this charge on my statement I immediately called the number on my statement. I will not get a refund but they quickly canceled my account. This should be outlawed!! I was suckered in the same way with Slim Acai... and they were worse to deal with! This is the best scam I have seen for trial products. The terms and conditions can not be seen on the page where you are purchasing the product for shipping and handling cost only. You have to scroll down and use a magnifying glass to read the small print. The charge automatically shows up on your credit card statement for $83.96 12 days after you order the FREE trial. Then two weeks later another bottle of pills is sent ( without request) and your bank card is charged another $87.96. And quite frankly the pills are useless!! I got sucked dry almost $200.00. I bought in to Vonage over a year ago. When we tried to adjust our billing date and was told no way... my reply was to cancel the service.
