This company gave my dad a reverse mortage. He died Jan 14. I called them. I called them again. Unortunately, I made a very bad experience with Coastal Comfort in Ventura, CA. After the regular service of our heating & AC system, we were advised to replace our Germicidal UV bulb. The software will not load onto my computer unless I give them my credit card number and other financial information. I refuse to disclose that private information. I believe it is not lawful to require that information as a requirement. I purchased the software from a retailer and did not subscribe to Iolo's service. Purchased 2006 Gulf Stream from Camping World, N. Charleston in December of 2008. We've had to take in in for warranty work twice and each time they have kept it 3 to 4 weeks. Bank of America took over Countrywide Home Loan Services Division and there has been nothing but Chaos! Bank of America cashed a check for appraisal service, the only problem, Bank of America has never completed an appraisal or even ordered an appraisal. The room will get cooled for 10 minutes after that A/C compressor is tripping. LG service people came and replace almost all parts of the A/C but still same. Now it is the second year. Since Hurricane Ike we have had problems with this company after they bought this company from rapid cable. They keep saying they are waiting for recievers. When they were supposed to be ready for the change to HD they shut everything off. Every week we never new what channels we were going to have. We have been paying our bill and still no one has come to help us out. We can not get a satellite dish we have to many trees. My car dealership referred me to Aztec Rent-a-Car for a loaner car. When I returned the car, the clerk noticed minimal damage on the back bumper consisting of a small ½” x ½ inch patch of black paint missing.
