We decided to get a swimming pool for our back yard in May '09 and called Kayak Pools (which will be my next complaint) for a demonstration. We signed the contract on May 18, 2009 and put a $5000.00 deposit on a $20, 000.00 pool and was told it would be installed by June 8th, 2009. Needed a better filter for above ground pool. Saw the Aquaquik Universal Pool Filter System at a local pool store. Tried checking it out online, but it hadn't been reviewed yet. I would not recommend using Tileworks of Texas. We purchased a granite top from Tileworks. For what they charged and what was delivered this was not a food deal. They gave us a different product that what we had asked for or were promised. I would not recommend Tileworks of Texas for Granite. They are not honest and can switch the quality of the material that they are supplying. When addressing the problem to both the sales person and the manager they were not interested in satisfying us.
