I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. Steve, the customer service representative, was rude and did not seem to even want to listen to what I had to say. After somewhat trying to help, they only offered me 10% off my next print. This Marina is located below the Southern side of the Tappan Zee bridge I only have a 6.5 gal tank. I pulled up to their pumps to top off before heading towards Manhattan. They said they first need my credit card before I can pump gas. I can under stand that cause a big boat can just leave without paying. I ordered Patons Decor First Spring Varg yarn ($5.49) one skein. There was a $5.90 charge for shipping. What I received was First Spring Ombre. The Ombre is a different type of variegated yarn than the Varg. The yarn that is shown on their web site is called First Spring Varg, but they do not have the Varg in stock and only have the Ombre. Jacks is a cafe in the southworks mall. I had ordered a special they advertised for 6.99 which was a BLT sub. Charles McQueen came out and built a gate. He brought the cheapest and ugliest pieces of redwood he could pick out at Home Depot. He proceeded to put a gate together that was unevenly spaced. He mixed rough side with smooth side and left jagged splinter on the wood. He put one coat on it and thought he did the cooles job ever. I kept telling him his work was unprofessional. He kept giving me excuses. He tried to fix it and made it worse. You can see the nail marks and it is more uneven and the wood grain is still mismatched. It's the worst product I own. It seems after you "scrub" your wood floors, you have to get down with a bucket and rag and wipe up all of the filthy water it leaves behind. CBM Damaged our SUV when we left it parked with them and took a 4 day cruise. They also left us standing for 2+ hours waiting for pickup after the cruise. No less than 3 of their shuttles refused to take us to their car because we were not on their pickup list. There were other people waiting too. A person identified to me as a sales manager told me that the vehicle had air conditioning. All I had to do was push the button. On the way home (70 miles away), I found that either the vehicle had no air conditioning, or it was broken. Upon calling AT&T I was informed that the telephone account is like an open line of credit wherein anyone can authorize services to be billed to your telephone bill if they have your phone number.
